Performance of the Engine
The engine is a dinky transverse four cylinder with four valves per each cylinder. It also has been installed with a complete 14,500 rpm red line thus making the trademark shrieks and screams of a motorcycle. Below 10.000 r rpm nothing much really happens instead a flurry of revs and howls are heard from the end can. Sometimes the revs are ideal and important and can help propel the machine to 140mph as well as the top speed.
This engine is of high quality and it has most of the features which the more powerful machines like the 750cc machines have. Even if it is a 400cc machine the Kawasaki ZXR 400 will give you value for your money.
