Early Models

Basically, the Kawasaki ZXR 400 motorcycles come in two different models: the l series and the H series models. The H model is the older version of the motorcycles and has been greatly modified so as to reflect the modern day styling of the motorcycles. The l model has a modern touch in as far as the style is concerned. The frame of the l series motorcycles has undergone a slight modification whereas the rear has been transformed from the wide rear which had been initially designed with a slimmer look which is greatly streamlined thus giving the motorcycle a far more modern look. This not only makes it classy but it also makes it easy to ride.

The initial models of the Kawasaki ZXR 400 motorcycles were the 1989 h1 models and the 1990 H2 models to which the other changes were done to come up with newer versions of the models. The first major changes on these models were done on the 1991 L1 model in which a new style was incorporated into the motorcycle. It had a more streamlined rear which gave it a slimmer look .This was done so as to make it reflect the modern day style of the motorcycles. The engine was also slightly modified so as to make it more powerful. The designers of this model also thought it wise to give this model a more dynamic and spectacular look hence the reason why they introduced more colors like green, white, metallic blue as well as blue.

The 1992 L2 model also came into the market but this time round no major changes were incorporated into the model except that another color of the motorcycle was introduced. This color was red and it was indeed spectacular.
